Directory services

The directory helps business users discover corporate venues, experiences and professional services. Independent vendors are not subsidiaries of EQIQ LLC. Listing information may originate from public sources and can be incomplete or outdated. Confirm availability, credentials, prices and suitability directly with the vendor. A Verified Partner badge indicates directory ownership verification, not a guarantee of service quality or professional certification.

Accounts and ownership claims

You must be authorized to act for a business you claim or manage. Provide accurate information, protect your account access and do not impersonate another organization. Ownership approval is separate from payment. Paying for a listing does not by itself establish ownership or grant control of another business. Ownership is confirmed by a DNS record on the listing's website domain or by a one-time code sent to an address at that domain; whoever controls such an address is treated as authorized to claim for the business.

Subscriptions

A Free claimed listing is $0. Standard Verified Listing is $49 per month, Premium Featured Placement is $99 per month and Elite is $199 per month. Each plan can instead be billed yearly at ten times its monthly price. While spots remain, the first 50 businesses to subscribe to Standard monthly receive the Founding Partner rate of $29 per month for their first 12 billed months, after which the regular $49 monthly price applies; Founding Partner listings show a Founding Partner label while the paid plan stays active. Elite promotional placement is available in up to three explicitly selected cities; it does not represent additional physical locations or exclusive city sponsorship. City sponsorship is a separate $299 monthly subscription, subject to eligibility and availability, with one live sponsor per city. Checkout displays the applicable recurring price and any applicable taxes before payment. Subscriptions renew at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period until canceled through the Stripe billing portal available from subscription management. The portal displays the applicable cancellation effective date; canceling does not itself reverse an already completed charge.

Paid benefits depend on verified ownership and confirmed subscription status. Failed or canceled payments may suspend paid placement and other paid benefits. Selecting a plan or submitting a claim alone does not charge you. Features disclosed as unavailable are not automatically delivered by checkout. The two-month Enterprise Pass is provided as a single-use code to verified owners of active, non-trial Premium or Elite listings after payment is confirmed; it must be redeemed on eqiqs.com while the plan is active and within 180 days, has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Inquiries and vendor transactions

Inquiries are stored for the associated authorized vendor and directory administrators. Free claimed listings receive locked inquiries: planner contact details are withheld from the vendor until a $15 one-time payment unlocks that inquiry. Eligible paid listings receive inquiries without a separate unlock fee; upgrading also permits previously locked inquiries to be opened without that fee. Inquiries to unclaimed listings are held privately for up to 90 days without contacting the business; if a verified owner claims the listing in that time, they arrive as locked inquiries under the rules above, and otherwise they are deleted. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking, guarantee a response or establish a contract with a vendor. An unlock payment buys access to that inquiry, not a guaranteed booking or customer response. Vendor services, quotes and bookings are agreed directly with that vendor. When requesting multiple quotes, your details are sent only to the businesses you select. Communication-style previews are informational and are not the full EQIQs assessment or professional advice.

Content and acceptable use

Submit only information and media you are entitled to use. You give the operator permission to host, display and process your submissions to provide the directory service. Do not send spam, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access or misuse another party’s intellectual property. We may restrict content or access to protect the service and comply with law.

Trademarks and screening

EQIQ branding and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Directory content screening records possible trademark matches for review; it does not establish infringement or authorize automatic legal notices. A vendor’s paid or verified status is not an EQIQ LLC corporate trademark authorization.

Availability and limitations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, lead volume, revenue, search rankings or inclusion in AI answers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. These terms do not exclude responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. We may revise these terms as the service changes and publish the effective date here. Material subscription changes should be communicated before they apply.
