Information we collect

We store business listing information, including names, descriptions, websites, phone numbers, addresses, location coordinates and available public review information. Listings may come from public business sources, import services or authorized submissions. We also store claim details, contact information, uploaded media, ownership review records (including any business-domain address you ask us to send a verification code to) and business-management activity. If you start a claim and don't finish it, we may send one reminder to the contact email you entered.

When you send a booking inquiry, we store your name, email, company, team size and message. If the business has not claimed its listing yet, we keep your inquiry private for up to 90 days, do not email the business about it, and make it available only if a verified owner claims the listing; otherwise it is deleted. About two weeks after a request, we email you once to ask for a review of that business; if the business has not yet opened a locked or held request, we wait until it does and skip the invitation after 60 days. Reviews show the name you choose, your rating and your text. If you use the communication-style preview, we store the answers and contact details you submit with your agreement to share them with the associated vendor.

How information is used

We use this information to operate the directory, review ownership claims, provide vendor dashboards, route inquiries, manage subscriptions, maintain security and investigate potential misuse or trademark matches. A screening match is not a legal determination of infringement.

Sharing and service providers

Inquiry and preview information is available to the associated authorized vendor and authorized directory administrators. Vendors are responsible for their own handling of information they receive. Our hosting, storage, identity, import and email providers process information as needed to support the service. Transactional email notices may be processed by Resend when configured. We do not use a submitted inquiry as permission for unrelated marketing.

Stripe processes checkout, billing details and card payments. We store subscription and payment references, not full card numbers. External sites, including eqiqs.com and vendor websites, have their own privacy practices.

Traffic and browser storage

We record first-party directory page visits, anonymous session identifiers, taxonomy references and available advertising opportunities. An opportunity is not proof of an ad impression or revenue. Browser storage and session information support identity and directory traffic measurement. Your comparison shortlist stores up to four public business identifiers in this browser's session storage; it does not store the name, email or message you enter for a quote request. Display-ad spaces currently do not imply an active advertising network; this policy should be updated before introducing new tracking providers.

Retention and protection

We retain information as needed for service operation, security, ownership disputes, accounting and applicable legal obligations. We use access restrictions for private inquiries, claim records and audit evidence. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Uploaded information should not include card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Your choices and requests

Authorized vendors can edit supported business details through their dashboard. For access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy requests, contact the operator through Jessica Michelle Baker’s website. We may need to verify your identity, and legal or security obligations may limit deletion. Rights depend on applicable law.

Adult audience and updates

The directory is intended for adults, including business planners, parents, guardians and educators arranging family, school or youth programs; it is not intended for children to create accounts or submit inquiries. Do not include children's names, contact details or sensitive personal information in an inquiry. We may update this policy as the service changes and display the revised effective date here.
